Billing & No-Refund Policy**

Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final

Mysterion Expressions is the legal business entity and payment processor through Stripe for all purchases. Mysterion Academy is the brand name under which educational programs, classes, workshops, and digital experiences are delivered.
 

Due to the digital nature of our offerings—many of which provide immediate access upon purchase—all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Online classes and courses

• Workshops and intensives

• Digital downloads and resources

• Recorded or on-demand content

• Memberships or portals

• Activations, teachings, or training programs
   

Once product(a) is/are paid for and access is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

Digital Access & Delivery
 

Access to Mysterion Academy content is delivered immediately or within a clearly stated timeframe following successful payment through Mysterion Expressions.
 

Delivery of login credentials, access links, confirmation emails, or portal access constitutes full delivery of the purchased product or service.

Failure to access, participate, complete, or engage with the material does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.
 

Any chargeback initiated in violation of this agreement will be considered a breach of contract and may result in:

• Immediate termination of access without notice

• Permanent removal from all Mysterion Academy programs

• Recovery of dispute fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses where applicable

• Submission of evidence to the payment processor, including IP address, login records, access logs, and email delivery confirmation

Payment Plans
 

If a payment plan is selected:

• You agree to complete all scheduled payments in full

• Missed or failed payments may result in suspended or revoked access

• Payment plans do not alter the no-refund policy

Program Updates & Changes

Mysterion Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace program content, delivery methods, or schedules as necessary while maintaining the core value and intent of the offering.

No refunds will be issued due to updates, enhancements, or delivery changes.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read and understood this policy

• Agree to all terms stated herein

• Enter into this agreement knowingly and voluntarily
